Wedding Photography FAQ…
Are you a qualified Wedding Photographer ? I’m a qualified wedding photographer with the NZIPP (New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography) www.nzipp.org.nz
What is your style of photography? See for yourself by having a look through my recent weddings blogs, its a mixture of documentary wedding story telling with a touch of creativeness !
Do we get a digital copy of our photos? Absolutely, my wedding collections include high resolution digital photos,
What happens if it rains on the wedding day? Then we get out there with some umbrellas! Amazing pictures and gorgeous moments have come out of celebrations with rainy weather…
When is the best time for the creative photos? Try to avoid the middle of the day, when the sun is directly overhead (approx 11am – 3pm). This causes unflattering shadows and highlights on faces, and makes everyone squint! If you can, aim for a time where the sun is at a lower angle, especially for your creative session. The Golden Hour (the last hour of light before sunset) is prime portrait time.
What do we get ? You’ll receive 500+ images high resolution, carefully edited jpgs for you to keep and print, plus some smaller websized ones for websharing/facebook
When we will receive our image collection ? You can expect your images delivered within 8 weeks after your wedding day.
What gear do you use? I shoot on Nikon D800e’s and D700 bodies and wide selection of lenses !
Can we have a wedding album? I have a selection of albums to choose from (including Queensberry), just ask Jess for the details.
We don’t like posing… I love capturing people in fun, silly, romantic poses and capturing people being their natural selves; laughing, chatting, and loving ! I’ll capture the honest moments that happen through your day !
Do you travel ? Hell yah, I love to travel, just say where and when !
How can we lock in our date ? If you’re ready to lock in your wedding with me, I’ll email out the paperwork for you to read through and sign, and some bank details so you can transfer a $500 deposit.
If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask…
